Let’s face it, some of us can’t walk and chew gum at the same time, because of the inhibition of being followed on the streets or lack of confidence when alone out there.

Nimble Cowork is proud to host a realistic self-defence and street survival demo by Mr. Gurdev Singh (Project Warrior Combat School, a 36th generation SHAOLIN Warrior) who is an instructor to the various Special Forces across the world, to build confidence and improve your mental and physical abilities. These types of classes require a lot out of your body, including the ability to do two things at once without falling over. It Improves your balance also means improving focus.

Like with any other sport, you can’t get better if you don’t practice.your body. Without balance it is almost impossible to fight. Through gaining your body control and balance, you will be better prepared to protect yourself. Self-Defense classes will give you the ability to protect yourself and overcome an attacker.
